The mug cake  is a popular recipe that was blown over IN America. Ingredients

  • 2 the boter
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 - 1 the Stevia Kristal
  • 1 teaspoon coconut
  • 1/4 tsp Vanille aroma
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 block of dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 medium egg
  • pinch of salt

Preparation method

    1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Then put all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well with a whisk. Spoon the batter into small 2 mugs or 2 paper cupcake tins.
    2. Bake the cake when you use the paper cupcake tins for 1 minute in the microwave and if you use the mugs 1.5 minutes. If the batter is still liquid, you can put the cake in the microwave for an additional 15 seconds. It is also possible to bake the chocolate cake in the oven. Bake the cupcakes or mugs in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
    3. Remove the mugs from the microwave and possibly serve the chocolate cakes with a little light whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
